This picture shows the lower access panel of a water heater. The top component is the thermostat and the lower component is a heating element. Heating elements are the most common problem on an electric water heater. Although all of these components can be changed, Mock Plumbing’s advice is that it is sometimes more cost effective in the long run to purchase a new water heater.
These are not toys and should not be treated lightly. If you want your electric water heater fixed, then you should go see a professional about getting that done. Mock Plumbing handles these issues year-round and would be happy to help.
